Almost every commercial real estate transaction requires an environmental site assessment or ESA. The primary purpose of these studies is to identify potential environmental issues and use that information as part of the purchase process. Tioga has extensive experience in conducting environmental site assessments on all types of properties using ASTM Standard E-1527 05. We also have experience reviewing ESA reports to assure they meet the ASTM Standard and provide the protection envisioned by the law. Additionally, Tioga can provide Environmental Assessment (EA) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIS) services in accordance with NEPA for your federally financed or permitted facility.
